Deck Builder / Framer
Full timeWe’re looking for skilled, motivated deck builders who take pride in high quality craftsmanship. Full time and year round.
Experience
- 3+ years of deck construction or framing experience
- Strong understanding of deck safety codes and construction techniques
- Comfortable with saws, drills, levels, and other construction tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
What you’ll do
- Build and install custom decks from start to finish
- Frame, level, and secure deck structures, stairs, and railings
- Work with wood, composite decking, and metal railing systems
- Make sure every build meets safety codes and structural standards
- Read and follow blueprints and design plans accurately
Construction Laborer / Carpenter
Full timeImmediate openings for general laborers, framers, trim carpenters, and siders who are dedicated to doing the job right.
Experience
- Carpentry or related construction experience preferred
- Familiarity with blueprint reading
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
What you’ll do
- Assemble and install wood, plywood, and wallboard structures
- Restore damaged structures to safety and finish standards
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Construct frames and structural components
- Work with the crew to finish projects on time
