Deck Builder / Framer

Job summary

We’re looking for skilled, motivated Deck Builders to join our team. This is a full-time, year-round opportunity for individuals who take pride in high-quality craftsmanship.

Experience

3+ years of experience in deck construction or framing
Strong understanding of deck safety codes and construction techniques
Comfortable using saws, drills, levels, and other construction tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Duties

Build and install custom decks from start to finish
Frame, level, and secure deck structures, stairs, and railings
Work with wood, composite decking, and metal railing systems
Ensure builds meet safety codes and structural standards
Read and follow blueprints or design plans accurately

Pay $20.00–$28.00 per hour

Schedule Monday–Friday, 40–50 hours/week

Requirements Driver’s license, Grand Rapids commute/relocation
